  5. "Licensor" means Claus Gittinger, DevCon.

  7. "Program" means the licensor software product covered by this agreement.
  8. It consists of all parts contained in this distribution package i.e. the
  9. sources, documentation and the executable program itself.

  13. The program may not be used for any commercial purposes; neither the program
  14. in whole or parts, nor applications, programs or functions created with or
  15. derived from this program may be sold or otherwise be made available to any

  18. for in-house production,  or other work, which is related to any non educational 
  19. activity.
